We have a great Spring Conference for this year in the brand-new Hale Center Theater in Sandy, UT.

The specific agenda will be published within the next week or two, but I'm sure you'll want to register for this event given the two speakers we'll have presenting.

Our opening address will be given by Kevin Randall and our Keynote Speaker will be Utah’s very own Attorney General Sean D. Reyes.

Kevin Randall

Kevin has more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience, primarily in the service sectors of hospitality and healthcare.  Kevin has a firm belief, validated by the consistent and successful achievement of corporate goals and objectives, that commercial success is best achieved through inspired leadership and engaged employees, working in a culture of accountability, directed towards a clear and meaningful purpose.  As such, Kevin defines his role and responsibility, regardless of his title or job description, to teach, inspire, coach, encourage, and enable others to understand their purpose and potential and make consistent strides towards reaching that ever-increasing potential in the pursuit of specific personal and professional goals.

In his career with IHG – InterContinental Hotels Group, Kevin has led many key functions within the Customer Contact Centers, including the Director of Resource Planning and Workforce Management, Director of Operation, Director of Strategy and Analytics and most recently, the Vice President of Reservations and Customer Care.  As the Vice President of Reservations and Customer Care, Kevin was accountable for the operational and financial performance of 11 contact centers spread across 7 countries.

Kevin is a storyteller with the ability to create a simplistic and clear understanding of complex and chaotic problems, challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable solutions.  He is an analytical thinker with many years of experience in operations management, strategic planning, creative problem solving, resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.  His personal and professional success has come from his focus on optimizing people, processes, and tools to deliver on their potential.

Kevin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah

Kevin is currently blogging on various leadership topics (kevinprandall.com) and working on what he hopes will be his first published book.

Kevin is married with three children, with only one still living in the house.  He lives in Kaysville, which is a suburb of Salt Lake City, Utah.

 Sean Reyes

In 2014 and 2016, Honorable Sean D. Reyes was elected as Utah’s 21st Attorney General by some of the largest margins nationwide.

General Reyes took over an office racked with scandal and inefficiency in the midst of some of the most significant constitutional issues in state history. Within a year, he reorganized and reenergized the office internally and recaptured the trust of the State with exemplary leadership, innovative programs and historic wins against human traffickers, drug dealers, child predators and white-collar criminals.

In just under four years under Reyes’ leadership, the Utah AG Office has been recognized by the highly acclaimed Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative for its adherence to integrity in government. In 2017 for the third consecutive year, the Utah Attorney General’s office won several Best of State awards for state elected official, agency among other honors.

At the time of his first inauguration, several cases of national interest, including those regarding the definition of marriage, polygamy and immigration were awaiting his direction and leadership. While very emotional and potentially divisive in nature, Reyes has approached each case, both civil and criminal, with the same sense of dignity, professionalism, exceptionalism, duty, and respect that won him numerous awards and recognitions throughout his legal career.

Prior to taking office, Attorney General Reyes was a partner in a small venture fund, general counsel for a tech company and a litigation partner at Utah’s largest private law firm. He has been honored nationally and locally with a long list of awards for his legal skills, leadership and unparalleled commitment to public service and has founded and served multiple non-profit organizations.

The son of a Spanish-Filipino immigrant father, who fled the Marcos regime and a Japanese-Hawaiian mother, AG Reyes is Utah’s first minority elected statewide. General Reyes and his wife, Saysha, are the proud parents of six children. He is a former collegiate volleyball player and mixed martial arts fighter who enjoys speaking at Comic Cons, playing basketball, coaching his kids, dancing with Saysha, watching Sports Center, cooking, shooting guns and rapping on Bloomberg News.
