Service Logic recently acquired Commercial Mechanical Systems and Service and has an immediate opening for a Service Sales Representative in Salt Lake City.  This position requires an engaging and outgoing personality. Candidates must have a minimum of two years outside sales experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in the HVAC and facility services industries or property management, but not a requirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 

Sales / Marketing

 

  • Identification of prospects in assigned market
  • Promptly follow up on leads and referrals
  • Establish customer rapport and identify needs
  • Properly apply company pricing
  • Effective sales presentations
  • Interpret mechanical drawings, equipment, and job conditions
  • Appraise and survey mechanical systems and determine maintenance, repair and modification requirements
  • Proactively manage quotes to close sales
  • Maintain an active backlog of quotes to assure booking goal is consistently met
  • Redeem annual booking plan in assigned markets
  • Maintain assigned key accounts
  • Possess a thorough understanding or our service offerings

 

Business Development

 

  • Identifies partnership opportunities and capitalizes on "add-on" sales opportunities
  • Achieves "add on" revenue goals
  • Assists in the identification of strategic accounts
  • Grows long-term relationships with clients and capitalizes on equity and partnership opportunities.
  • Anticipates client's needs and proposes alternative business solutions.
  • Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Carry, place and work off of step ladders and extension ladders
  • Climb ladders to access and survey equipment
  • Carry a tool bag as necessary to access and survey equipment
